摘 要:针对脱硫泵在输送固液两相流介质时存在的磨损严重、效率不高的状况,采用混合多相流模型和修正的k-ε湍流方程对脱硫泵内部流场进行了数值模拟,得到了泵内固体相的颗粒分布和运动规律以及不同固相体积分数与泵扬程、效率的关系曲线。结果表明:固体颗粒主要分布在叶片工作面和后盖板面,加剧了叶片和后盖板的磨损速度;固体颗粒在工作面上的相对速度较背面大,工作面和后盖板相交的棱角处颗粒浓度大且颗粒以一定的速度与叶轮发生摩擦,容易导致叶轮局部磨损;随着固含量的增加,泵的扬程、效率下降明显,而轴功率趋于稳定,说明脱硫泵的运行存在一个最佳输送浓度。Concerning the status of serious wear and tear and low efficiency of the desulphurization pumps when transporting the solid-liquid two-phase medium,the flow field in the pump is simulated by using the mixture multiphase model,the modified k-ε turbulence equations.The distribution of the particle and the flow structure in the pump and the different relation curves for solid phase particle concentration as function of head and efficiency are obtained.The results show that the solid phase paticles mainly concentrate on the surface of working blades and back cover plate,so they will aggravate the speed of wear and destroy.The relative speed of solid particles on the working surface of blades is bigger than the back's,the particle concentration on the intersection of working blades and back cover plate is large and the particles friction with the impeller at a certain speed,easily leading to partial wear.The head and efficiency decrease significantly but the shaft power stabilized when the solid phase paticle concentration increases,indicating the operation of desulfurization pumps should exist a best delivery concentration.
