摘　　要：利用最新发现的抗癌新药PHA-767491联合肿瘤基因治疗中最常用的杀伤基因IL-24共同处理肝癌细胞Bel-7404,采用20MOI携带IL-24基因的非复制型病毒Ad-IL-24联合不同浓度的PHA-767491对肝癌细胞Bel-7404进行治疗研究。western blot实验结果表明:PHA-767491对IL-24的表达无明显抑制作用;MTT和Ho-ceast33342染色实验表明二者联合对Bel-7404细胞表现出了较高协同杀伤作用。New anti-tumor medicine PHA-767491 is used to kill tumor cells combined with IL-24.Here the authors demonstrate that 20 MOI of replication deficient recombinant adenovirus armed with IL-24（Ad-IL-24） has remarkable efficacy against tumor cells Bel-7404 in combination with PHA-767491 in a series of concentrations.PHA-767491 doesn＇t influence the expression of IL-24 by western blot when PHA-767491 combines with Ad-IL-24 in Bel-7404.
