浙江农户农业风险管理措施有效性的实证分析

摘　　要：基于浙江农户实地调查数据资料,首先分析目前浙江农户所采用的具体农业风险管理措施,然后借鉴国外先进的方法并结合实际构建浙江农户农业风险管理的实证模型,对目前浙江微观农业风险管理措施的有效性进行比较分析,揭示微观农业风险管理机制的运行、保障机理及其适用性。最后基于上述分析提出建立适合浙江及我国农户特点的风险管理策略及农业风险防范机制的建议与启示。This paper begins with a review of existing literature about studies on decision-making under agricultural risks as well as risk managing both at home and abroad.Secondly,based on data from Zhejiang and dynamic risky decision model,the author constructs Zhejiang risk-management model,and then simulates and compares effectiveness of risk managing measures by setting different risk managing scenarios,＂yield insurance＂ and ＂contracted production＂.Finally,this paper concludes with risk managing measures available to both households and government,which provides the way to effectively share or reduce agricultural risks.
