整律饮治疗频发室性期前收缩的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察整律饮治疗频发室性期前收缩的临床疗效。方法:选择室性期前收缩患者124例,随机分为整律饮治疗组和西药对照组,两组均给与室性期前收缩的标准治疗,治疗组在对照基础上加整律饮。结果:治疗组即对照组临床疗效总有效率分别为95.3%和71.0%,治疗组和对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:整律饮对于室性期前收缩有良好的治疗作用。Objective ： To observe the clinic effects of treating premature ventricular beats with zhenglv decoction plus western medicine. Methods：A retrospective analysis was performed on 124 cases with premature ventricular beats from May 2008 to September 2009 in our two hospital. The 124 cases were randomly recruited into a control group with 62 cases and a treatment group with 62 cases. The treatment group was treated with zhenglv decoction plus conventional western medicine and the control group was treated with conventional western medicine exclusively. Results ： The total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 95.3 % and 71% respectively. The difference between the two groups were significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion：zhenglv decoction plus western medicine has good effects in treating premature ventricular beats.
