摘　　要：目的:探讨金银花中氯原酸体外诱生α干扰素的药效学作用。方法:用方阵滴定法,观察氯原酸体外诱生的人外周血白细胞中α干扰素,抑制单纯性疱疹病毒致Hep-2细胞凋亡的情况。结果:氯原酸药液随浓度的稀释而逐渐减少对Hep-2细胞凋亡的防护作用。结论:金银花中氯原酸能够在体外诱生人外周血白细胞中α干扰素,并随药物浓度的降低,其诱生的能力逐渐降低。Objective ： To study the pharmacodynamic effects of chlorogenic acid from honeysuckle on the induction of a -interferon in human leucocyte in vitro. Methods： By means of the square drops, inhibition of a -interferon induced by chlorogenic acid in human leucocyte in vitro was observed on the Hep -2 cutured cell apoptosis caused by herpes simplex virus. Results： With the consistency of the chlorogenic acid diluting, the drug will lose the protection for the Hep -2 apoptosis by the virus. Conclusions：The chlorogenic acid can induce a -interferon in human leucocyte in vitro. With the consistency of the drug diluting, the potency will gradually reduce.
