半枝莲多糖对环磷酰胺增效减毒作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨半枝莲多糖对环磷酰胺(CTX)的增效减毒作用。方法:移植性H22肝癌小鼠随机分为阴性对照组、半枝莲多糖组、CTX组和联合用药组。连续给药10d后,测定其抑瘤率及q值、WBC数、胸腺指数和脾指数。结果:半枝莲多糖与CTX合用有增效作用,q值大于0.85;能减轻CTX的毒副作用;对CTX所致WBC减少、免疫器官萎缩等有一定保护作用。结论:半枝莲多糖对CTX具有明显的增效减毒作用。Objective： To study the chemical therapeutic effects and efficacy enhancing and toxicity reducing of Scutellaria barbata polysaccharides （SBPS） on mice who are treated with chemical therapeutic drug like cytoxan. Methods： randomly divideed into negative control group, SBPS group, CTX group and compounds of SBPS and CTX group. After 10d consecutive administration, measuring its inhibitory rate of tumor and q, the change of white blood cells in serum ,thymus index and spleen index. Results： The compounds of SBPS and CTX can enhance the anti - tumor effects（ q 〉0.85 ） , reduce the toxicity of cytoxan, SBPS can recover effect on the decreased WBC and protect the wither of immune organs. Conclusion ： SBPS has efficiency enhancing and toxicity reducing effect .
