摘  要:分别以热力、紫外线、次氯酸钠、碘对脊髓灰质炎病毒1型作用后、检测感染性、抗原性与核酸。经热力或碘作用后,病毒感染性消失与抗原性破坏较一致,而核酸破坏明显滞后,经氯或紫外线作用后,病毒感染性消失与核酸破坏较一致,而抗原性破坏不明显。After exposure of poliomyelitis virus type 1 (PV Ⅰ ) to heat, ultraviolet rays. sodium hypochlorite and iodine. its infectivity was observed using plaque counting method, its antigenicity was examined with Western blot test and its nucleic acid was examined with PCR.The results indicated that the infectivity of the virus disappeared after exposure to 60~100℃ heat or 2~16 mg / L available iodine for 5~ 60 min. This conformed with destruction of antigenicity, while destruction of nucleic acid significantly delayed. After exposure to ultraviolet irradiation at intensity of 768 ~ 4620 μW / cm2 or 0.2~ 0.5 mg / L availabel chlorine of sodium hypochlorite solution for 5~ 60 min. the infectivity of the virus disappeared in conformity with destruction of nucleic acid, while destruction of the antigenicity was not significant.
