摘　　要：尧舜时代的善卷,处在澧县城头山城市文明开始走向衰微的石家河文化时期。作为苗族部落首领的善卷,为实现由尚武向尚文的德治转化,选择枉山作为实现自己躬耕扬德理想的实践基地,开创了积极向上的德治隐逸文化、合乎实际的德育文化、"天人合一"的生态文化,使善德文化成为中华文化的重要源头。Shan Juan lived in the Shijiahe cultural period when the Chentoushan civilization began to decline. As the leader of the Miao tribes, he tried to transform the war - like social trend into civilization - like social trend. He selected the Wanshan Mountain as the place to promote, virtue culture and started the up -and -coming seclusion culture, realistic virtue culture and ＂unity - of - man - and - nature＂ ecological culture. As a result, virtue culture becomes an important origin of Chinese culture.
