摘　　要：朱德是无产阶级国务活动家。从1949年到1976年,朱德担负了大量的外交事务,提出了一系列外交思想和主张,诸如:正确处理与苏联的各种关系,坚决支持朝鲜的和平与统一,不断加强同东欧各国的往来,积极开展同亚非拉各国之间的活动。朱德利用出国访问和接见来访外宾的机会,开展对外关系活动,其外交思想,对当今中国外交工作仍有一定的指导作用,对建设中国特色社会主义有着重要的借鉴意义。Zhu De was a proletarian statesman.From 1949 to 1976,Zhu De took on a lot of foreign affairs and proposed a series of thoughts and proposition on diplomacy,such as：correctly dealing with the relations with Soviet Union,strongly supporting the peace and reunification of Korea,continuously strengthening exchanges with Eastern European countries,actively carrying out activities in the countries of Asia,Africa and Latin America.Zhu De was engaged in diplomatic activities by overseas visiting and receiving foreign guests.His diplomatic thought is still the guiding role of China＇s nowaday diplomatic policy,and has important referential significance to build the socialism with Chinese characteristics.
