摘 要:目的为解决骨钻钻骨注水不及时,避免钻头过热损伤骨组织,我们研制了一种骨钻自动注水装置并探讨其应用效果。方法将172例骨科钢板螺钉内固定手术病人随机分为两组,实验组86例使用自动注水装置,对照组86例使用传统的注射器向钻头注水。结果实验组在操作所需人数、注水及时率、避免针刺伤发生等方面均优于对照组,差异明显(p<0.05)。结论骨钻自动注水装置在及时注水降温、骨组织保护、节省人力与劳动强度、减少操作程序和污染概率方面明显占优。Objective In order to solve water injection not in time, inducing overheating drill which would injury the bone tissue, an automatic water - injected device was designed in the operation. This study is to investigate the effects of this device to use in compression plate fixation. Methods A cohort of 172 patients with compression plate fixation was studied prospectively. 86 patients of them in experimental group were applied the automatic water - injected device and the control group were applied the traditional in the operation. Results The experimental group was better than the control group in several aspects, such as number of operators, the rate of in - time water injection, prevention of needle injuries, and the differences remained significant between two groups (p 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The automatic water - injected device did a good job in compression plate fixation, which could cool water in time, protect hone tissue, save staffs, and reduce operating procedures and pollution probability.
