克氏针与钢板治疗97例锁骨中段骨折对比分析

摘　　要：目的探讨克氏针、钢板在锁骨中段骨折中的应用价值。方法对97例锁骨骨折进行内固定治疗,其中克氏针固定59例,钢板组38例。结果平均随访12.3个月,钢板组骨折愈合优良率更高。结论钢板治疗锁骨骨折效果好,克氏针适合于基层医院。Objective To study the application value of kirschner wire and plate in treatment of middle clavicular fracture. Methods 97 cases with clavicular fracture were treated with internal fixation, 59 cases were fixed with kirschner wire, 38 cases were fixed with plate. Results The mean follow - up time was 12.3 months. Team of plate with higher of excellent and good rate being. Conchlsion Plate help the middle clavicular fracture recovered best, kirsehner wire fit to the primary hospital.
