丹红注射液治疗糖尿病性脑梗死临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察丹红注射液治疗糖尿病性脑梗死的临床疗效和安全性。方法将160例2型糖尿病并发急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各80例,对照组给予维脑路通400mg溶于0.9%生理盐水250mL中静脉滴注,1次/日,治疗组给予丹红注射液40mL溶于0.9%生理盐水250mL中静脉滴注,1次/日,两组基础治疗相同,疗程均为14d。在治疗前后分别对患者的临床疗效和神经功能缺损程度进行评定。结果治疗组基本痊愈、显著进步及总有效率明显优于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组神经功能缺损评分较对照组明显下降,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论丹红注射液治疗糖尿病并发急性脑梗死疗效确切,安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of danhong injection in treatment of diabetic cerebral infarction.Methods 160 cases of diabetesⅡ and acute cerebral infarction were divided randomly into treatment group（danhong injection group）and control group（venorruton group）,80 cases in each group.In control group,venorruton 400mg was dissolved into 0.9% normal saline 250ml for intravenous drop infusion,once per day.In treatment group,danhong injection 40ml was dissolved into 0.9% normal saline 250ml for intravenous drop infusion,once per day.The basic treatment was same in two groups and the course of treatment was 14 days.Before and after treatment,separately,the clinical efficacy and severity of nerve function deficit of patients were assessed.Results The results of basic curing,significant improvement and total effective rate in treatment group were advantageous apparently than those in control group,indicating statistical significant difference（P〈0.05）.The score of nerve function deficit in treatment group decreased apparently as compared with that in control group,indicating statistical significant difference（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Danhong injection has definite,safe and reliable effect on diabetes and acute cerebral infarction and deserves to be promoted in clinic.
