摘 要:目的研究应用补肾健脾汤对儿童HBV携带者的T细胞亚群状态的影响。方法设正常对照组(n=32)及儿童HBV携带(ASC)组(n=104)。ASC组中,HBV-DNA阳性者又随机分为补肾健脾汤治疗组(A组,n=37)和常规治疗组(B组,n=28)。各组血清HBV标志物和HBV-DNA分别经酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)和基因扩增(PCR)法检测,T细胞亚群采用碱性磷酸酶-抗碱性磷酸(APAAP)免疫组化染色法检测。结果补肾健脾汤组治疗后CD4+、CD+4/CD8+较常规治疗组治疗后明显升高(P<0.01或P<0.05),CD8+明显低于常规治疗组(P<0.01)。结论儿童HBV携带者存在T细胞亚群功能紊乱,其中尤以HBV-DNA阳性及HBeAg阳性者为著,补肾健脾汤对儿童HBV携带者的T细胞亚群紊乱有明显调控作用。Objective To study the impacts of bushen jianbi decoction on T-cell subset in children with HBV carrier.Methods The normal control group(n=32)and children HBV carrier group(ASC group,n=104)were designed.In ASC group,the cases with HBV-DNA positive were divided randomly into bushen jianpi decoction group(A group,n=37)and conventional treatment group(B group,n=28).ELISA and PCR detections were applied to detect serum HBV mark and HBV-DNA separately in each group.APAAP HCI method was adopted for the detection of T-cell subset.Results In bushen jianpi decoction group,after treatment,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+ levels increased apparently as compared with conventional treatment group(P〈0.01 or P〈0.05)and CD8+ level was lower obviously than that in conventional treatment group(P〈0.01).Conclusion T-cell subset function is disturbed in the children with HBV carrier,which is especially significant in the cases with HBV-DNA positive and HBeAg positive.Bushen jianpi decoction can adjust apparently T-cell subset disturbance in the children with HBV carrier.
