摘　　要：目的分析前列腺增生并膀胱结石的微创治疗;资料:我科收治的前列腺增生并膀胱结石患者45例。方法 TURP结合大力碎石钳碎石术治疗。结果所有手术都一次成功,没有出现膀胱穿孔及电切综合征,手术后未出现大出血及尿失禁等症。结论在手术过程中,用胆道镜固定弹道碎石针,在击碎结石之后,采取27F电切镜鞘将膀胱内石碎吸净,然后再实施电切术,能够将膀胱内的大部分碎石冲出,大大缩短取石时间,降低取净结石而损伤膀胱的几率。Objective To analyze the benign prostatic hyperplasia and bladder stones with minimally invasive treatment;information：benign prostatic hyperplasia treated in our department,and 45 cases of patients with bladder stones.Methods TURP with strong stone clamp lithotripsy.Results All operations have a successful,there was no bladder perforation,and TURP syndrome,post-operative bleeding,and incontinence does not appear embolism.Conclusion In surgical procedures,with biliary lithotripsy mirror fixed needle,after the crushing stones to take 27F resectoscope sheath will be a net absorption of bladder stones broken,and then the implementation of electrosurgical excision procedure,be able to rock out most of the bladder,thus greatly reducing the time to take stone,Stones were removed to reduce the risk of injury in the bladder.
