肺结节病12例临床与纤维支气管镜分析

摘　　要：目的探讨结节病的特点,提高正确诊断率。方法对经病理证实的12例肺结节病的临床及纤维支气管镜检查情况予以分析。结果肺结节病纤维支气管镜直视下异常率达75%,其中有25%可见气管,支气管壁小结节,TBLB+TBB联合确诊率达79.15%。结论通过纤维支气管镜检查,特别是支气管黏膜活检和肺组织活检有助于结节病的诊断。Objective To study the characteristics of sarcoidosis,to improve diagnostic accuracy.Methods 12 cases of pathologically confirmed pulmonary sarcoidosis clinical and bronchoscopy to analyze the situation.Results Of pulmonary sarcoidosis bronchoscopy under direct vision abnormal rate of 75%,which shows that 25% of the trachea,bronchial wall nodules,TBLB ＋ TBB diagnosis rate was 79.15 percent combined.Conclusion Bronchoscopy,especially in bronchial biopsy and lung biopsy helps diagnose sarcoidosis.
