摘　　要：目的探讨原发性骨质疏松患者血清中AQP1的变化水平及意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定各组患者血清中AQP1水平。结果 (1)与对照组比较,原发性骨质疏松组与骨质疏松性骨折组血清中AQP1值升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。(2)骨质疏松性骨折组、原发性骨质疏松组患者的BMD比对照组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.0001)。(3)各组血清AQP1与BMD呈正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论 AQP1在原发性骨质疏松患者血清高表达,可能参与原发性骨质疏松的病理生理过程。Objective To investigate the of Aquaporin1（AQP1） in primary osteoporosis and serum.Methods（1）ELISA used to investigate the expression of AQP1 protein in serum from primary osteoporosis and bone fracture group.Results（1）Expression of AQP1 protein level in primary osteoporosis and bone fracture group higher than that normal group.（P〈0.001）.（2）Expression of BMD in primary osteoporosis and bone fracture group was significantly higher than that normal group.（P〈0.001）.（3）There was significant correlation between the level of each group.Conclusion It suggested that abnormal protein expressions and higher level of AQP1 may play important roles in the path-physiological processes of primary osteoporosis.
