摘　　要：目的探讨急性胎儿窘迫患者血清及胎盘中AQP1的变化水平及其意义。方法 (1)采用免疫组化方法检测急性胎儿窘迫组及正常产妇胎盘中AQP1的蛋白水平。(2)采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定各组孕妇血清中AQP1水平。结果 (1)AQP1在胎盘细胞中有表达,急性胎儿窘迫组AQP1表达比对照组明显升高,差异有统计学意义。(2)对照组孕妇血清AQP1水平与胎盘组织中AQP1蛋白表达水平呈正相关关系。急性胎儿窘迫组孕妇血清AQP1与胎盘中AQP1表达也呈正相关关系。结论胎儿窘迫患者胎盘中AQP1高表达,可引起循环中AQP1水平升高,从而参与胎儿窘迫的病理生理过程。Objective To investigate the of Aquaporin 1（AQP1） in fetal distress placenta and serum.Methods（1）Immunohistochemistry used to investigate the expression of AQP1 protein in placental from fetal distress and normal group.（2）The level of Aquaporin1（AQP1）in serum was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.Results（1）Expression of AQP1 protein level in placenta of fetal distress higher than that normal group.（2）There was significant correlation between the level of AQP1 in placenta or serum of normal group and fetal distress group.Conclusion It suggested that abnormal protein expressions and higher level of AQP1 may play important roles in the path-physiological processes of fetal distress.
