摘　　要：目的：了解医务人员职业暴露的现状并提出防护措施。方法：收集我院2007年1～12月发生的23例次锐器伤资料并进行统计分析。结果．23例锐器伤害中，岗位以护士为主，19例，占82．61％；在导致伤害的锐器中第一位为注射器针头，8例次，占34．78％；较大部分锐器伤是因受伤者自己引起。结论：锐器伤是造成职业性伤害的潜在危险因素，要减少锐器伤的发生必须规范操作行为，加强医务人员职业安全的专业化培训教育。Objective：To investigate medical staff professional exposure status and find how to prevention them. Methods ：23 cases of needle - stick injuries in our hospital in 2007 were selected and analyzed. Results：Nurses were the main group of professional harm, in 23 cases, 19 cases were nurses, about 82.61%. Syringe needle caused 8 cases harm, about 34.78%. It was the most common instrumental caused injuries. Most of needle - stick injuries was caused by themselves. Conclusion ： Needle - stick injuries was an important potential dangerous caused professional harm. Clinical guideline must be standardized and professional safety training must be strengthened to reduce professional harm.
