摘　　要：目的：调查分析不同类型医用X线诊断摄影屏蔽室的防护效果，为基层医疗机构改进X线诊断摄影屏蔽提供科学依据。方法：对本省4种类型的乡镇卫生院医用X线诊断摄影屏蔽室，医用X线机在进行腰椎正位片摄影时，采用校正的FJ-347A型X、γ剂量仪测量屏蔽室观察孔的散射辐射剂量，结果统计学分析采用F检验。结果：本次共对189个医用X线诊断摄影屏蔽室进行了屏蔽室内散射辐射量的测定，其中，Ⅰ类35个、Ⅱ类36个、Ⅲ类88个、Ⅳ类30个。散射辐射剂量率，Ⅰ类为16．8～650．3μCy／h，平均为95．3μGy／h；Ⅱ类为0．3～393．2μGy／h，平均为58．7μGy／h；Ⅲ类为0．2～1．8μGy／h，平均为1．3μGy／h；Ⅳ类为1．2～9．5μGy／h，平均为2．7μGy／h。4类屏蔽室内的散射辐射剂量率间的差异有统计学意义（F=3．39，P〈0．05）。结论：Ⅲ类医用X线诊断摄影屏蔽室的防护效果最好。Objective ： To analyze the protective effects of different type shielded enclosures for medical X - ray diagnosis photograph and to provide the bases of improvement for shielded enclosures in basic medical service. Methods：X ,γ dose meter were used to measure the scattered radiation dose of inspection hole when the X - ray machine was working for lumbar normotopia film. The data were analyzed by F test. Results ： The the scattered radiation doses of inspection hole among four kinds of the shielded enclosures were 95.3μGy/h,58.7μGy/h, 1.3μGy/h and 2. 7μGy/h, respectively. There was a significant difference in the scattered radiation doses of inspection hole among four kinds of the shielded enclosures. Condusion：The protective effects of m type shielded enclosure was best.
