摘　　要：把人性化护理模式融入到对内科住院患者进行有计划、有组织、有目的和系统的健康教育活动中,以提高内科住院患者对健康教育的认知程度、促使患者能改变不健康的生活习惯、养成良好的行为生活方式,来减低或消除影响疾病的向好的方向转归的不利因素。让患者真正感受到亲情在我身边、温馨随我左右。使患者能主动积极配合治疗,把人性化关怀这一全新理念的护理模式落到实处,从而达到不断提升医疗、护理质量,推动医患关系和谐发展。The human model into the care of the Medical Department in a planned,organized,purposeful and systematic health education activities to enhance the Medical Department of the awareness level of health education to promote change in patients unhealthy living habits,develop good lifestyle behaviors to reduce or eliminate the impact of the disease for the better prognosis of unfavorable factors.Make the patient feel a real kinship with me,so warm with me.So that patients can take the initiative to actively cooperate with the treatment,the humanistic philosophy of nursing care model in this new implement to achieve the rising health care,quality of care,and promote the harmonious development of physician-patient relationship.
