摘　　要：目的对2009年骨伤科各病区作出综合效益评价，为科室管理提供依据。方法选择反映经济效益、工作效率、医疗质量和社会效益的17项代表性好、敏感性强的统计指标，应用加权TOPSIS法进行综合效益评价。结果综合效益评价最好的是骨三区，最差的是骨一区。结论应用加权TOPSIS法进行综合效益评价充分利用原始数据，不损失原指标的信息，更具科学性、真实性。Objective The comprehensive evaluation of the orthopedics in 2009 was conducted in order to provide scientific department management policies. Methods 17 representational statistic items which reflect the eco- nomic benefits, work efficiency,service quality and social benefits, and weighted TOPSIS method are used for com- prehensive evaluation. Results The third department of orthopedics is the best, and the first department of orthopedics is the worst. Conclusion Using weighted TOPSIS in systematical evaluation is more scientific and authentic as take full advantage of the original source.
