摘　　要：目的：考察茶碱控释胶囊（ＴＣＲＣ）在不同介质中的释放度。方法：用紫外分光光度法考察ＴＣＲＣ分别在水、人工肠液、人工胃肠液中的释放度。结果：ＴＣＲＣ在不同介质中的累积释放度无差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），释放度参数Ｔｄ差异有极显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１），Ｔ５０，Ｔ８０有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：ＴＣＲＣ在不同介质中的累积释放度只在几个时间点有差异，而总的释放度无差异。OBJECTIVE:To investigate the dissolution of theophylline controlled release capsule(TCRC) in different medium.METHODS:The dissolution of TCRC were determined with distilled water,artificial intestinal juice,artificial gastric intesinal juice with UV spectrophotometry.RESULTS:There was no difference in the total cumulative dissolution of TCRC( P < 0.05 );The dissolution parameter T d、 T 50 and T 80 showed extremely marked difference.CONCLUSIONS:The dissolution of TCRC in above medium were different only in a several time points,but there was no difference in the total cumulative dissolution.
