摘 要:建立了长效运行的农村面源污染控制系统评价体系,并且在评价方法上首次利用评价指标与评价对象的变量的相关对应性.采用系统动力学方法将评价得分值设置为流率变量而建立长效运行得分变化量入树模型,将其与评价对象的主导模型连接,实现长效运行的动态评价和农村面源污染控制系统多方案最优化评价.这种基于Vensim的农村面源污染控制系统动力学仿真与其长效运行评价体系的统一,不仅可作为农村面源污染控制系统研究和设计的方法和手段,更可作为国家农村面源污染控制项目立项、考核的评审方法.Aiming at the situation that most projects of national rural non-point pollution control technolo- gy are difficult to implement and applieate widely and Long-effectively in china now, an evaluation system of long-effective operation for rural non-point source pollution control system is established in this paper. By using the relate correspondence between evaluation index and the variable of evaluation object for the first time and system dynamics method and setting evaluation score as rate variables as evaluating method, long- effective operation score in-tree model is established, which is connected to leading model of evaluation ob- ject,then dynamic evaluation on long-effective operation and schemes optimization for non-point pollution control system are realized. The unification of dynamics simulation based on Vensim and evaluation system of long-term operation rural non-point pollution control system is not only a method and mean as rural nonpoint pollution control system design and research, but also as a method of establish, evaluation and assessment for rural non-point pollution control national projects.
