河南省农村居民消费支出与收入关系的实证研究

摘　　要：收入变化对消费支出产生的影响及影响程度的大小,在全国及不同地区的具体表现各异。为寻求河南省农村居民收入对其消费支出的影响程度,笔者依据1989年～2008年河南省农村居民消费支出与收入的基本数据,运用线性回归法,找出存在于其间的数量关系及基本规律。实证结果表明,农村居民有较强的消费欲望,但是收入不足制约了其消费水平。笔者据此提出了增加农民收入、促进农民消费的对策建议。The effect of income changes on the consumption expenditure and the affecting degree are different in different areas of China. In order to find out the degree of the effect of income on the consumption expenditure of the rural residents of Henan province, based on the basic data of the consumption expenditure and income of the rural residents of Henan province during 1989 - 2008, the author uses the method of linear regression analysis and finds out the number relationship and basic regular pattern between consump- tion and income. The empirical results show that the rural residents have a stronger consumption desire, but insufficient income restricts their consumption. Based on the analysis, the author puts forward some suggestions on improving the income of rural residents and accelerating their consumption.
