摘　　要：介绍了高温高速LZCM028型气体烧毛联合机的组成和结构特点。该机应用具有气动无级调幅功能专利产品节能Y型多混聚喷燃烧器,可使燃气完全燃烧,火焰温度高达1 300℃,车速达150 m/min,烧毛等级达4级以上。此外,ZCM018型刷毛箱中应用新型高压风机,每小时节电不低于3.5 kWh;冷却水可循环使用,每小时节水≥3 t。The new model LZCM028 gas singeing machine was equiped with patented energy-saved Y type burner,charactering complete combustion of gas,less thermal loss.The flame temperature could reach up to 1 300 ℃,running speed approch 150 m/min,therefore,4-level singeing could be obtained.With the novel blow fan,electricity was saved more than 3.5 kWh;with cooling water recycling,system water was reduced more than 3 tons per hour.
