摘  要:目的:热稳定性实验,可望为蝎毒抗癌多肽(APBMV)粉针的生产、运输、储存和使用提供更科学的理论依据。方法:利用紫外分光光谱、聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳等法,测定了APBMV制剂的热稳定性。结果:在50℃~80℃的范围内,随着加热时间延长,样品A280吸收度逐渐升高,聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳主色带逐渐变浅,但pH值、水溶性及外观色泽无明显改变。结论:根据上述结果,注射用APBMV在4℃下有效期暂定为5a。Aim: Through APBMV heat stability experiment,scientific basis for the producing,transporting, preserving and applying of APBMV injecta was available. Methods: The heat stability of APBMV injecta was observed by using the method of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(PAGE) and ultraviolet absorption spectrometry.Results: When the temperature was from 50 ℃ to 80 ℃, the longer the injectable APBMV was heated, the higher in degree of ultraviolet absorption spectrometry, and the lighter in stained band of PAGE. However, the obvious changes were not observed in pH, solubility and appearance. Conclusion: It was proved in this experiment that the validity of injectable APBMV could be for 5 years keeping in 4 ℃.
