摘  要:目的检验设计施工质量,了解桥跨结构的固有振动特性以及其在长期使用荷载阶段的动力性能,评价其在设计使用荷载下的工作性能.方法在静载试验中,测试并分析了主梁挠度、主塔塔顶变位、斜拉索索力增量、主梁与主塔的截面应力.在动载试验中,测试桥跨结构的自振特性,并通过行车激振试验分析了桥跨结构振型产生的原因及在行车下的冲击作用.结果在恒载和车辆荷载的作用下,索力在0.4σ以下,斜拉桥承受的疲劳载荷基本在0.03以下的活载应力幅值,测点的残余应变基本都在0.2以下;实测的阻尼比在0.97%~2.34%,主梁挠度与主塔塔顶变位的校验系数满足要求.结论桥梁性能满足要求,对该种桥型应用平面程序对该桥进行分析计算时,要根据空间分析结果对翼板部分参与工作截面进行适当折减;桥跨结构整体受力合理,横向刚度大.The static and dynamic test of Suifen River cable-stayed bridge aims at testing the quality of design and construction, mastering the vibration characteristics and dynamic performance in a long period of loading, and valuing the working property of the designed load. The static load test is focused on testing and analyzing main girder camber, main tower displacement, tension increment of inclined cable, section stress of main girder and main tower under static load conditions. The dynamic load experiments test secfvibration characteristics of the span structure. Through the driving vibration experiment, the reasons of span structure modes producting and the impacting functions on the driving action are analyzed. The test results show that under the action of constant load and vehicle load, cable force is below 0. 4σ, the cable-stayed bridge canwithstand the fatigue loading of 0.03 which is below the basic live load stress amplitude, and the residual strain of basic measuring points is below 0. 2. The experimental damping ratio is between 0. 97% and 2. 34% ,and the main beam deflection and the main tower top deflection factor can meet the requirements. The conclusion is drawn that the bridge performance meets needs, and it must carry suitable reductions on the flange that participates in the working sections, corresponding to the spatial analysed results, when the plane procedure is applied to analyze and compute the bridge. It is proved that the bridge span stress on the structure overall is reasonable and the lateral rigidity is big.
