摘 要:目的研究PP-R直埋保温管的性能特点及实际应用情况.方法首先对PP-R保温管的技术特点进行分析.并分别采用温差法和热流计法对一应用PP-R直埋保温管的小区热网进行了现场热损失测试.结合测试结果对该小区热网的保温效果进行了综合评价.结果测试结果表明PP-R保温管具有良好的保温节能性和卫生性.采用相同管径的PP-R保温管与传统的钢管相比,PP-R保温管内热水卫生性更好,并且比钢管的散热损失值可以减少30%~40%.同时两种测试方法所测数据基本相同,说明在直埋保温管道热损失测试中采用热流计法不仅准确可行,而且具有操作简便,测试数据形象直观的优点.结论作为一种新型的塑料保温管,其良好的保温性、卫生性适应了新型热力管道的发展趋势,满足了现代热用户对供热效果高品质的要求,可以在今后的城市供热管网建设中大力推广使用.The paper aims to study the performance characteristics and practical applications of PP-R directly buried insulating pipeline. First,it carries on the analysis to the PP-R tubular holder's technical characteristic. Then it conductes one scene heat loss test on one direct-buried insulation pipe plot with PP-R plot hot net using the temperature difference law and the heat flow meter law separately. Based on the result, the paper has presented a synthetical evaluation on the quality of this plot hot network heat preservation effect. The test result indicates that the PP-R tubular holder does well in heat preservation, energy conservation and wholesomeness. Compared with traditional steel pipes of the same diameter, PP-R pipes can maintain its hot water with higher wholesomeness and about 30%-40% less heat loss value. Simultaneously two test methods getthe similar data. It explains that using heat flow meter law to exam heat loss in direct-buried insulation pipe not only is accurate and feasible but also operates easily and provides direct-viewing test data. As the new plastic tubular holder, its excellent heat preservation and wholesomeness adapts the development trend of new thermal energy pipeline. It meets the high-quality heating requirements of modem hot users, therefore, it can be used widely in present urban heating pipe network constructions.
