摘　　要：介绍现代汽车发动机对汽缸体铸件的技术要求和铸造工艺难点,从铸造工艺设计、铁液成分控制、铸件冷却时间、铁液的孕育等方面对高质量汽缸体铸造工艺问题进行了讨论。最后对缸体铸造技术的发展提出了看法。This article introduces the technical requirements for modern automobile engine cylinder block and difficulties of casting technique. It deals with the problems of the casing techniques of high quality cylinder block the design of casing technology concerning the control of the chemical composition in liquid iron and cooling time of casing and inoculation of liquid iron. At the end, the view is offered on the development of the casing technology for cylinder block.
