摘 要:总结了国内外长期使用的和最新的铸造铝合金成分,分析了合金元素的作用及其含量,并指出了合金优化的发展方向。结果表明,为了获得较好的性能,发动机缸盖铸造铝合金中合金元素及其含量倾向于Si6%~8%,Cu1%~4%,Mg0.25%~0.50N,Zr0.12%~0.20%,V0.04%~0.30%,Cd0.15%~0.25%,Mn0.0%~0.5%,Ti0.10%~0.20%、B10×10^-4%~20×10^-4%,Sr0.01%~0.10%或La0.05%~0.20%、Ce0.03%~0.15%。Increase of engine output power and lightweight of engine parts promoted aluminum cast alloys development for engine cylinder heads. Compositions of aluminum cast alloys aboard and at home were summarized at past and recently in this paper. Functions and contents of alloy elements were analyzed in detail. The directions of composition optimization were pointed. The results showed,to obtain better properties, alloy element contents (wt. %) in aluminum cast alloys for engine cylinder heads were separately likely to be Si6%~8%,Cu1%~4%,Mg0.25%~0.50N,Zr0.12%~0.20%,V0.04%~0.30%,Cd0.15%~0.25%,Mn0.0%~0.5%,Ti0.10%~0.20%、B10×10^-4%~20×10^-4%,Sr0.01%~0.10% La0.05%~0.20%、Ce0.03%~0.15%.
