摘  要:为研究连铸过程中高温区δ铁素体含量对凝固传热的影响,采用商业有限元软件ANSYS,利用单元生死技术,对316不锈钢板坯的浇注过程进行了模拟。采用2-D模型,分别计算了δ铁素体含量为0、25%、50%、75%及100%时坯壳出口温度、坯壳厚度及表面温度的变化,探讨了坯壳生长及厚度变化规律。结果表明,随着δ铁素体含量升高,坯壳出口温度升高,表面温度变化剧烈,坯壳的出口厚度减薄。In order to study the influence of high temperature area 6 ferrite content on solidification and heat transfer in the continuous casting process, the teeming process of 316 stainless slab was simulated by means of commercial finite element software ANSYS and element birth and death technology in this paper. Using two dimensional model, the changes of slab shell outlet temperature, slab shell thickness and slab surface temperature were calculated when 6 ferrite content is 0, 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% respectively. Meanwhile, the growth of slab shell and thickness change rules were discussed. The results show that with the 6 ferrite content increased the outlet temperature of slab shell rised, the surface temperature changed dramatically and outlet thickness became thin.
