摘 要:本研究以455名大学生为被试,采用大学生主观幸福感量表、青少年生活事件量表和艾森克个性问卷,探讨了大学生主观幸福感的结构和特点及其与生活事件、人格特征的关系,为大学生心理健康教育提供参考。结果表明:不同性别、生源和年级大学生主观幸福感存在显著差异;家庭施加学习压力这项生活事件的进入对大学生主观幸福感具有较好的预测作用;大学生主观幸福感和人格特征之间存在显著相关,即生活事件、人格特征对大学生主观幸福感有显著影响。In the study,455 undergraduate students were tested by using the scale of subject well-being,youngsters' life events scale and the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire;the article analyzed the relationship between the structure and characteristics of the college students' subjective well-being and the life events,the personality characteristics,then provide reference for the mental health education.The results showed that: the subjective well-being of college student who have different sex,source and grade were significantly different;the introduction of the life events of family putting pressure has a good predictor on the subjective well-being;the college students' subjective well-being and personality characteristics were significantly related,that is,the life events,personality have a significant effect on the college students' subjective well-being.
