载脂蛋白A1、B与胆石成因的关系

摘　　要：探讨载脂蛋白Ａ１、Ｂ与胆石成因的关系。方法采用双抗体夹心ＥＬＩＳＡ方法测定血清与胆汁中的载脂蛋白Ａ１、Ｂ，并用常规生化方法测定血清与胆汁中的酯类含量，分析载脂蛋白Ａ１、Ｂ与血清及胆汁酯类的关系及对胆石形成的影响。结果载脂蛋白Ａ１与血清及胆汁酯类含量变化密切相关。结论载脂蛋白Ａ１是一抗成核因子。Objective To investigate the relationship between apolipoproteins (apo) A1, B and gallstone formation. Method Apo A1 and B in serum and bile were measured by double-antibody ELISAmethod. The relationship between apo A1, B and lipid in serum and bile and its effect on gallstone formationwere analyzed. Result Apo A1 was found to be closely related to lipid in serum and bile. Conclusion ApoA1 is an anti-nucleating factor.
