摘　　要：建国初期,面临着严重的失业问题,北京市根据中央提出的失业工人治理的方针政策,结合本市实际情况,制定了灵活多元的失业治理措施,这些措施不仅有效地缓解了北京失业工人问题,而且对新生政权的巩固、社会经济的发展以及当今城市失业问题的治理都具有重要意义。Facing a serious unemployment problem,Beijing city established diversified management measures of unemployment according to management principles and policies of unemployed workers proposed by Central Committee in the early period of the founding of new China.These management measures of unemployment not only alleviated the problem of unemployed workers in Beijing,but also was of importance for consolidation of new political power,development of social economy,management of the current urban unemployment problem.
