摘 要:电力需求侧响应就是运用系统可靠性程序或基于市场的价格去影响需求的时间和水平。按照需求侧所面对的响应信号性质不同,需求侧响应可分为激励型需求侧响应和价格型需求侧响应。目前美国是世界上实施需求侧响应项目最多,种类最齐全的国家。对美国在价格型需求侧响应,包括分时电价、实时电价和关键峰荷电价的项目设计和实施情况做一个全景介绍,以对我国相关工作的开展提供借鉴和参照。Electric power demand side response implies the time and level adjustment of demand based on the system reliability programs and market prices,which include incentive based demand response and price based demand response according to the property of response signals faced by demand sides.The United States is currently implementing most demand response programs,which also has most varieties.This paper presents an overview on its program design and implementation of price based demand side response in U.S.A.,including time-of -use price,critical peak price and real-time price,so that it can cast an inspiration and reference onto related works in China.
