摘　　要：2009年我国展开了新一轮卫生体制改革,其中公立医疗机构的改革是重中之重,如何让公立医疗机构回归公共利益性,是目前政府与学界都在思考问题,文章结合目前我国政府采取的具体措施进行了探讨。A new round of medical care system reform has been conducted in 2009.The reform of public medical institutions is the top priority.How to make public medical institutions resume its public benefit is under consideration and discussion of government and academics at the present.The paper will focus on this topic,and discuss the specific measures taken by the government for the moment.
