摘　　要：目的:促进广东地产药材黑面神的深入研究及合理开发利用。方法:查阅相关文献,从药用历史、临床应用、化学成分及药理作用等方面对黑面神的研究进展进行综述。结果及结论:认为黑面神在各方面研究均取得一定进展,但研究深度和广度不够;药物作用机制及物质基础揭示不够清楚;黑面神对于治疗支气管炎、跌打损伤及皮肤病等均有良好疗效,如能进一步研究,将有良好的应用前景。Objective：To promote the Guangdong native drug Breynia fruticosa extensive research and rational development and utilization. Methods：By consulting the literature about Breynia fruticosa in recent years, from the chemical composition, pharmacological effects and clinical applications were reviewed. Results and conclnsions：That Breynia fruticosa in all aspects of research have achieved some progress, but research is still not enough depth and breadth; efficacy mechanism and reveal the material basis is not clear enough; Breynia fruticosa in bronchitis, bruises, and skin diseases are so many types of good effect, such as the further development of the system, will have a better prospect.
