摘　　要：针对我国及辽宁水资源利用情况,阐述农业节水灌溉的重要性。介绍农业节水灌溉技术的内容、特点和优势,提出加强水资源利用、建设节水农业的措施,为节水农业发展提供有益的参考。In light of the utilization of water resources in Liaoning province and in China,this article discusses the significance of applying water-saving irrigation.The author explores the content,features and advantages of agricultural water-saving irrigation and puts forward measures to strengthen the utilization of water resources and to establish water-saving agriculture so as to provide insight into developing water-saving agriculture.
