摘 要:目的考察快速提取鹿筋蛋白质和浸膏的最佳工艺。方法用正交试验法,以电场强度、脉冲数、料液比等3项因素设计3个水平进行正交试验。结果鹿筋蛋白质最佳提取工艺为电场强度20 kV/cm,脉冲数8,料液比1:25。鹿筋浸膏最佳提取工艺为电场强度16 kV/cm,脉冲数10,料液比1:25。结论此提取工艺可行,经济、省时、回收率高。Objective To investigate a fast extraction technology of deer sinew to provide the reliable experimental data and theoretical basis for the industrialized production.Methods The orthogonal test method was adopted for study the effects of electric f ield intensity,pulse number,material to liquid ratio on protein extraction and extract yield of deer sinew.Results The optimal extraction technology for deer sinew protein was as follows: electric f ield intensity of 20 kV/cm,pulse number of 8,material to liquid ratio of 1:25.The optimal technology for deer sinew extract was as follows: electric f ield intensity of 16 kV/cm,pulse number of 10,material to liquid ratio of 1:25.Conclusion The extraction technology is feasible and economic,time-saving,and the recovery is high.
