摘  要:目的优选伤科止痛膏乙醇渗漉提取工艺条件。方法采用正交试验设计法,以总黄酮含量和干膏收率为评价指标,以乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、浸泡时间、渗漉速度设计4因素3水平正交试验。结果优选工艺:药材用10倍量70%乙醇浸泡48 h,以3 mL/(min·kg)速度渗漉提取。结论优选得到的工艺稳定可行。Objective To optimize the process conditions of ethanol percolation for Shangkezhitong Plaster.Methods:The three-level orthogonal experiments were designed for four factors including the concentration of alcohol,the volume of alcohol,the time of soaking and the percolation rate,using the contents of total flavonoids and recovery of dry extract as evaluation index.Results:The optimal extraction conditions were established: the medicinal materials were soaked with 10 times of 70 % alcohol for 48 h,then were percolated at the rate of 3 mL·min^-1·kg^-1.Conclusion:The optimized process is robust and eff icient.
