摘　　要：农产品地理标志产业在有效保护农业资源、提高农民收入、增强农业国际竞争力以及实现农业生产规范化经营等方面具有重要的促进作用。我国农产品地理标志登记保护工作起步较晚,与国外地理标志产业发展较早的国家相比,存在一系列发展的制约因素。分析了农产品地理标志产业发展的制约因素和途径,并提出产业发展的对策建议。Agro-product Geographic Indications Industry may improve agricultural recourses protection effectively, increase farmer＇ s income, enhance international competitive power and realize agricultural product standardization. Registration of protection of geograph- ical indications of agricultural products in China started late. There are a number of development constraints compared with the other foreign countries that Geographic Indications Industry developed earlier. This article analyzed these constraints and the means of geographical indications of agricultural products industry development, and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward.
