摘 要:4-乙基苯胺与丙烯腈在AlCl3的催化下发生加成反应合成4-乙基-N,N-二氰乙基苯胺,其合适的反应条件是:AlCl3的用量为4-乙基苯胺质量的30%,反应温度为78~90℃,反应时间为8 h.结果表明:AlCl3对该反应具有很高的催化效率,目标产物收率可达93%.同时对4-乙基-N,N-二氰乙基苯胺的物性和结构进行了表征.4- ethyl- N,N- bis(2- cyanoethyl)aniline was synthesized by using 4 -ethylaniline and acrylonitrile. The effects of solvents, AlCl3 quantity ,reaction temperature and reaction time on the yield of 4 - ethyl - N, N - bis(2 -cyanoethyl)aniline were studied. The result showed that AlCl3 was an excellent catalyst for the reaction with the yield of the aim target. The optimum conditions were that the quantity of AlCl3 was 30% of quality of 4 -ethylaniline with the reaction temperature 78 - 90℃ and the reaction time 8 hours. The physical propertys and structures of 4 - ethyl, N, N - his ( 2 - cyanoethyl) aniline were characterized.
