摘 要:针对光电编码器间接测量电机转轴角加速度时存在易受干扰、计算量大和存在较大延迟等问题,利用牛顿运动学第一定律,通过分析角加速度与转矩的关系,将对角加速度的测量转换为对转矩信号的测量,设计了应用于被动式电动加载系统的角加速度计。试验结果表明,该角加速度计设计合理,精度高、温漂小、动态响应快、抗干扰能力强,有效解决了被动式电动加载系统角加速度的测量问题。Problems of being susceptible to disturbance, large amount of calculation, and time delay would appear if indirect method was used to measure the angular acceleration of motors through optical encoder. By analyzing the relation- ship between angular acceleration and torque based on Newton's first law of kinematics, the measurement of angular acceleration was transferred to the measurement of torque signal, and a practical angular accelerometer was designed for the passive electric loading system. The experimental results show that the angular accelerometer is designed reasonably with high precision, low temperature drift, fast dynamic response and strong anti-disturbance ability, which can effectively solve the problem of the measurement of angular acceleration for passive electric loading system.
