摘　　要：建筑物整体移位技术为城市规划中的拆迁工作开辟了一条新途径。本文通过对某建筑物移位工程中所采用的的柱托换节点进行力学分析,提出了设计计算方法,并通过有限元分析验证了该计算方法具有一定的合理性。Integral Shifting of Building has pioneer a new way for house from being dismantled in urban planning.In this article,the author come up with method of design theory based on mechanical analyses to structure of column-underpin-system from a certain project of integral shifting,moreover,testified the rationality of design theory by finite element analysis.
