摘　　要：介绍了能量管理系统(EMS)的特点,基于公共信息模型(CIM)开发了一套继电保护管理系统,分析了系统设计方法和功能,并用实例进行了验证。The features of the energy management system (EMS) were introduced. Taking the common information model (CIM) as foundation,a relay protection management system was developed. The functions of the system and its design method were analyzed and verified by example.
