十堰市学生齿龈内阿米巴感染情况调查

摘　　要：目的:调查十堰市学生齿龈内阿米巴感染情况,为防治齿龈内阿米巴感染提供依据。方法:选择十堰地区大、中、小学学生1 411人,用无菌牙签取齿龈周围垢物或口腔病灶垢物,采用生理盐水直接涂片法光镜下检查齿龈内阿米巴,记录观察结果。结果:受检者齿龈内阿米巴感染率为20.84%,其中小学生、高中生和大学生的感染率依次为28.57%、19.86%和17.05%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);城、乡学生的感染率分别为16.59%和24.41%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);男、女生感染率分别为21.18%和20.45%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不经常刷牙者感染率高于经常刷牙者(P<0.01);使用药物牙膏者感染率高于使用普通牙膏者(P<0.01);有口腔疾病患者感染率高于健康者(P<0.01)。在各种口腔疾病中,牙周炎患者齿龈内阿米巴感染率最高,为43.69%。结论:十堰市学生中齿龈内阿米巴感染较普遍,齿龈内阿米巴感染与口腔疾病具有相关性。Objective To investigate the situation of Entamoeba gingivalis（E.gingivalis） infection among the students in Shiyan and to provide basis for E.gingivalis prevention.Methods There were 1 411 students from primary school,middle school and university of Shiyan in this investigation.The infection status of E.gingivalis were evaluated by direct saline smear method and observed under an optical microscope.Results The infection rate of E.gingivalis in all students was 20.84%.The infection rates of primary school students,secondary school students and undergradudtes were 28.57%,19.86% and 17.05%,respectively,and they were significant difference（P0.01）.The infection rates had significant difference between urban students（16.59%） and rural students（24.41%）,（P0.01）;but had no significant difference between boys（21.18%） and girls（20.45%）,（P0.05）.The infection rate of E.gingivalis in students who regularity clean their teeth was significantly lower than in those who do not regularity clean their teeth,（P0.01）,while the infection rate in students who use herbal toothpaste was significantly higher than in those who use ordinary toothpaste（P0.01）.The infection rate in those who had oral disease was significantly higher than in healthy preson（P0.01）.The infection rate in patients with periodontitis was 43.69%,which was the highest（P0.01） among the various oral diseases.Conclusion The infection of E.gingivalis was very common and may relate to oral disease.
