摘　　要：居住区景观水体有美化环境、改善局部小气候等功能,长期以来却大量存在水质恶化、维护管理困难的问题,使本应该具有的景观功能和对周边环境的调节功能丧失。分析了居住区景观水体存在的问题及成因,对其设计、维护过程中可采用的防治措施进行了简要阐述和比较,旨在为实践当中的合理设计和维护治理提供一定的参考。Landscape waterbodies of residential districts have functions of beautifying the environment,and improving local microclimate,etc.,but there have been problems of water quality degradation,and difficulties in maintenance and management for a long time,which make it lose landscape function and regulatory function to neighboring environment that it should have.This article analyzes problems and causes of landscape waterbodies of residential districts,briefly explains and compares adoptable control measures in the design and maintenance process,aiming at providing reference for reasonable design and maintenance and management in practice.
