摘　　要：近些年来，随着干草捆、草块、草粉、草颗粒等草产品成为重要出口商品，肉品质及奶制品问题的出现，草产品的质量安全及其检测技术成为了关注的热点。本文通过对影响草产品质量安全的因素及相关检测方法与技术进行比较分析，总结提出草产品质量安全检测技术存在的问题以及发展趋势。In recent years, grass product become important export commodities and quality of meat and milk goes wrong, they have become the focus. In this paper, we summarized and proposed the problems of forage product quality and safety as well as the testing technology trends, though the factors that are effecting forage product quality and safety and the relevant technology and methods were analyzed and compared with each other.
