COCARD血糖仪与日立7020全自动生化分析仪测定结果的比较

摘　　要：目的探讨COCARD血糖仪与日立7020全自动生化分析仪检测血糖结果的相关性及差异性,为临床提供可靠参考。方法应用COCARD血糖仪和日立7020全自动生化分析仪对346例患者末梢血和静脉血浆进行血糖检测,测得的数据应用SPSS统计学软件进行处理分析。结果 COCARD血糖仪与日立7020全自动生化分析仪测得的血糖值分别为(11.95±5.18)mmol/L和(11.35±5.24)mmol/L,两组比较无统计学意义(t=1.5,P>0.05),两者呈高度正相关(r=0.9988,P<0.01)。结论 COCARD血糖仪适用于糖尿病患者的自我监测。Objective To analyze the correlation and difference of the results of blood glucose detected by COCARD glucometer and Hitachi 7020 automatic biochemical analyzer to provide reliable reference for clinical diagnosis.Methods The blood glucose of peripheral blood and venous blood from 346 cases were detected by COCARD glucometer and Hitachi 7020 automatic biochemical analyzer,and the results were analyzed by SPSS.Results The blood glucose level detected by COCAR glucometer was （11.95±5.18 ）mmol/L,and the blood glucose level detected by Hitachi 7020 automatic biochemical analyzer was （11.35±5.24） mmol/L.The difference was not statistically significant（t=1.5,P0.05）,and there might exist positive correlation between them（r=0.9988,P0.01）.Conclusion COCAR glucometer can be used for diabetics＇ self-monitoring of blood glucose.
