摘  要:目的:建立气相色谱法测定注射液中的丙二醇。方法:采用毛细管柱气相色谱法,FID检测器,色谱柱为HP-INNOWax毛细管柱(30mx0.32mmx0.25μm),载气为氮气,运用程序升温的方法测定注射液中丙二醇的含量。结果:得到线性回归方程为Y=0.000859X+0.009051,相关系数r=0.9992,平均回收率为99.7%(n=9)。结论:方法操作简便、快速,能满足检测注射液中丙二醇含量的要求。Objective:To establish a method for the determination of Propylene glycol in injection.Methods:A high performance gas chromatography method with FID on a HP-INNOWax capillary column.Nitrogen as the carries gas,The intial temperature was kept at 90℃for 0.5min,then raised to 130℃ at a rate of 10℃/min and subsequently sustained for 4min.The calibration curve was linear within the range of 0.06-1.22mg/L.Regression equation:Y=0.000859X+0.009051,r=0.9992.The recovery we have detected is 99.7%.Results:this method is simple,accurate and convenient.Conclusion:This method was simplicity 、accuracy and can be used for the determination of Propylene glycol in injection.
